The Challenge
The partnership development sector relies heavily on social media to reach potential new clients. There were few other routes to market with limited specialist trade publications or media outlets. This created some real challenges for the business as they were relying primarily on LinkedIn for much of their marketing and communications work. They needed to find a way to quickly and easily amplify their social media content. When one of the firm’s investors told the leadership team about MarketBeam, a solution he had seen deployed effectively in other organizations, they were keen to find out more.

The Solution
Adopting MarketBeam was clearly going to benefit the business, but they needed a high level of employee engagement to maximize the impact. This meant colleagues needed to be reassured that their social media channels were not going to be overwhelmed with partnerized content. The marketing team proposed that no more than 2 posts a week would be shared and that these would only contain important information-rich content.

Extending The Benefits
The original objective for the project was about creating brand awareness and recognition, constantly reminding potential new clients about partnering. MarketBeam has exceeded the firm’s expectations.
When Partnerize acquired a new business in April 2020 it made perfect sense to implement MarketBeam immediately. The company plans to extend MarketBeam to interested employees that were part of the acquired company.
