Global Onboarding, Local Impact: How Engagedly’s Sales Team Drove Social Growth Across the US and India

ABOUT Engagedly

Engagedlym headquartered in Maplewood, Missouri, is an AI-driven talent management platform, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Maplewood, Missouri, built to help HR leaders grow high-performing teams. The platform spans performance management, employee
engagement, goal setting, and talent development, giving HR organizations a single place to manage much of the employee lifecycle. The company operates with teams in both the US and India, giving it a genuinely global footprint despite its relatively focused size.

THE CHALLENGE

Engagedly’s CEO wanted to expand the company’s social reach, but turning that ambition into action meant getting an entire organization moving together, not just a single team. With staff split across the US and India, and a sales team that needed to be a real part of the effort, the
company needed a way to onboard everyone quickly and get them actually posting, rather than letting the initiative stall out region by region.

THE SOLUTION

Abhishek Ghosh from Engagedly’s marketing team ran an onboarding session that brought the US and India teams up to speed together rather than running separate efforts in each location. The sales team leaned heavily into autoshare, with some reps using one-click sharing to get
moving without much friction. The results showed up quickly: event posts became the highest-traction content the company published, with some topping 30,000 impressions, follower growth tracked right alongside that activity, and website traffic from social rose 125%.
